2012’s Most Ridiculous Lawsuits

Want to know yet another reason why our country is heading in the wrong direction.  Take a look at these ridiculous lawsuits that were filed in 2012.  No wonder this country is in the shape that it is in.

  1. Intoxicated Florida driver pleads guilty to manslaughter, then he has the nerve to sue the victim he killed
  2. Michigan woman files $5 million suit for the leftover gas that was still in her repossessed car 
  3. 13-year-old Little League player is sued by spectator who got hit with baseball 
  4. Maximum security inmate who went to jail with only five teeth sues the prison for his dental problems
  5. Anheuser Busch is sued when a longneck bottle was used as a weapon in bar fight
  6. National Football League fan sues Dallas Cowboys over the bench seat being too hot
  7. California restaurant owner was sued for disabilities act violations in a parking lot he doesn’t even own
  8. Colorado man wins $7 million blaming illness on the fact that he inhaled microwave popcorn fumes
  9. $1.7 billion suit claims City of Santa Monica wireless parking meters are causing numerous health problems
  10.  Bay Area parents sue a school after their son was kicked out of his honors class for cheating
