Redundancy is imperative for survival. By now you are wondering what exactly do I mean by that? Well, I’m glad you asked. Redundancy is simply having spares of all of the things you need to ensure your survival. As examples; If you have important documents do you have copies? If you have keys to your home and your vehicles or anything under lock and key do you have a spare set for all of these? If you have a survival plan have you shared your survival plan with other immediate members of your family so everyone knows what to do and when to do it? Do you have spare magazines as well as replacement parts for your firearms, etc., make sure that you do.
In a disaster scenario you won’t be able to run to the store and buy that replacement part. If your primary weapon won’t function and you don’t have spare parts don’t say you weren’t pre-warned. Avoid using the excuse that you can’t afford it. If it’s important enough; you can budget accordingly and purchase the essential things you need for survival with the concepts of redundancy in mind. Now start prepping; there’s no time like the present 🙂
