There you have it; that’s all it takes, refuse to be a victim.  Whether in your personal or professional life all you need to do is have the mindset that you will not be a victim.  Once that mindset is developed, everything else becomes easy.  People with a victims mentality attract predators and manipulators, people with a survival and confident mentality keep predators and manipulators at bay.

Once you have decided to not be a victim, then doors of opportunity open.  Your confidence increases, your interests broaden and you will develop a clarity of purpose.  Keep moving forward, train vigilantly in self defense techniques and in the proper use of firearms and practice, practice, then practice some more.

Remember each person is individually responsible for their own safety and security.  Don’t delegate that responsibility to someone else.  Make sure you have the skill and the will to defend yourself properly if and when the situation arises. Criminals look for easy targets of opportunity so make yourself a hard target.  Refuse to be a victim!

  1. And there you have the difference between the US and UK in a nutshell.
” train vigilantly in self defense techniques and in the proper use of firearms”
Some of us in the UK would love to.

    • Brittius says:

Hence the grumblings of Capitol Hill in Washington DC, and Ten Downing Street. They know our peoples are growing closer with advent of the Internet. House Republicans in Congress are now seeking to tie Internet Neutrality (CONTROL) with the US Debt Ceiling.

      • I’m not worried about what they do as long as we get back the right to own pistols again. I miss my Browning HP. Currently the only people openly carrying at this moment are the criminals and the black mice.

      • Brittius says:

I was astounded when the UK and Canada gave up the rights. It was attributed to a generation sick of war.
The Browning HP is a very sweet piece of machine excellence. One I like that is very similar in sweetness of shooting is a factory tuned Springfield Armory XDM in the 5.25″ Competition barrel configuration, available in 9mm, .40 caliber, or .45 acp (my favorite). Tuned at the factory it will run as bottom line $1,300 USD; The performance will be on par if not beyond the Browning HP (I like the XDM .45 5.25, better). go over to youtube.com and search XDM 45 5.25, and look for Hickock45’s production, Part-2, 13 minutes. You will love it.
Let’s hope someday soon, that Right of self-protection, will be restored. The Kenya Mall Attack, I fear, is only the beginning.

Hopefully the UK will see the light and allow its law abiding citizens to someday have the right to keep and bear arms.

  2. Brittius says:

Now you’re starting to think like a Cop. Very good.
