Why is being properly armed and properly trained so important when it comes to your own safety and self defense?  I could list dozens of reasons but as a matter of practical application I will only list one.  According to the FBI’s crime statistics; violent crime in the United States averages 100,000 incidents per month from July through September and 85,000 incidents per month from October through June.  With the large number of violent crimes present day and with thugs and criminals being more vicious then ever, it is prudent and imperative to be properly armed and properly trained; as the first line of defense when dangerous criminals decide to attack.

Good morning.  My two post apocalyptic fiction books, available at and also by clicking on the book cover images to the left of this blog post will hopefully be books that you will find enjoyable to read as the nights grow longer and the days grow shorter.

My book titles are American Rebellion Book 1 of the Revolution and American Rebellion Book 2 of the Revolution.  Book 3 of the series is currently in process.

So why should you purchase these books for the low price of just $2.99 each.  Here’s why.  When I become that famous celebrity; you can say I bought his books before he became a star…………….and that would be in relation to becoming a celebrity for writing books; not because I might veer off the road and drive down a sidewalk one day taking out an entire section of historic buildings lol 🙂

So make your purchases now……..and tell your friends.  As always I appreciate it 🙂  Feel free to leave a review of the book at the Amazon website if the mood to do so strikes you 🙂

I must admit I find it hard to pass up opportunities to purchase Bug out Bags.  I’ve changed and reconfigured bug out bags more often than many people change their socks lol 🙂  So based on my experience, the best bug out bag you can get for the money, from almost any military surplus store, is the Medium Alice Pack.  They are well made packs and inexpensive.  Do yourself a favor and get the external frame as well, as they are so much more versatile with the pack attached to the frame then without one.  Then modify away as they are very easy to configure and adapt as needed.

The sequel to my first book is entitled American Rebellion Book 2 of the Revolution and will have an earlier release date than expected.  The original release date was scheduled for March of 2013 but it looks like it will be ready for publication as of December 2012.  I found myself way ahead of schedule in the writing department.

The sequel features all of the main characters from the 1st Book, American Rebellion Book 1 of the Revolution plus introduces some new characters into the fray.  You can expect double crosses, betrayal, possible nuclear destruction, warring factions, new alliances and even some cannibalism, as the end of civilization as we know it; draws near.

For those who have not read the 1st volume entitled American Rebellion Book 1 of the Revolution it is available at at the following link.

For those who have read the first book, let me know what you think.  It is always helpful to any writer to receive feedback 🙂

Okay, let me see!  What to do for a November book promotion?  I know;  if you buy my book American Rebellion Book 1 of the Revolution at the link below, I shall use all of my influence and continue to make sure the sun rises and sets over your neighborhood at the designated proper times each day lol 🙂  I’d say that’s quite a bargain.  If you’ve already purchased my book I thank you very much; if you have not, time is a wasting, so get to it and don’t forget to tell your friends 🙂

Book Description

Publication Date: October 10, 2012
Imagine for a moment that the U.S. Constitution has been suspended. That the rights, freedoms and protections you were guaranteed have been rescinded and that the federal government has regressed into a brutal dictatorship. For Michael Kent and the members of Force 121 they must fight against government tyranny in order to restore the Constitution while forming a new Free United States where the rule of law once again will reign supreme. But along the way there are battles to be fought, alliances to be made and traitors to be dealt with. This is book 1 in the American Rebellion series.
Book 2 in this series will be available in March of 2013.

Just a quick update on my American Rebellion book series.  I am halfway done with writing the 2nd book, in this post apocalyptic series, so the release date for book 2 will likely be earlier than expected.  With that said pick up your copy of American Rebellion Book 1 of the Revolution so you can follow the action in the sequel.  The 1st book is available at at the following link:

For those who have already purchased American Rebellion Book 1 of the Revolution, thank you very much.  Feel free to put a review over at the book review page which can also be reached at the above link if you would like.
